Regression Therapy Questions
I'm afraid to have a regression because I might say something I'm ashamed of.
You are always in control during Past Life Regression or Between Lives Soul Regression. Because you will be responding from your higher consciousness, you will find it easier to express emotions without guilt or judgement. All sessions are confidential.
What happens if I don't "come back" from hypnosis?
You cannot get "stuck" in hypnosis because it is a natural brain wave pattern. We hypnotize ourselves many times during the day while driving on long roads, listening to music, watching TV, etc. If the facilitator left the room you would either fall asleep or simply open your eyes and get up.
You won't make me quack like a duck or do something embarassing will you?
Stage hypnosis is real and people enjoy doing and watching others do funny things in nightclub settings. That kind of hypnosis works because those people gave their permission to act silly at the outset. It's the same with Past Life Regression or Between Lives Soul Regression. You give your permission to trance, but the sessions are geared toward exploring karmic journeys.
I'm afraid I'll find out something bad about myself.
At one time or another during our incarnations we have all been victims or victimizers. We are never punished for our actions, yet if we treated others badly, it is our duty to experience that same pain. Never in a punitive way—only for our soul's karmic growth. Spirit is kind and has our highest good as their intention. You will not experience anything that you are no strong enough to process.
I think I made that up. It wasn't real.
It's common to doubt the validity of Past Life Regression or Between Lives Soul Regression. We have become a society mostly removed from connecting with our true soul nature on a regular basis. It is very easy to get caught up in daily minutiae of work, play, new technologies, and so we doubt something we can't measure. Because you turn inward during PLR and BLSR the memories and messages come directly from your higher consciousness. Trusting in the process and believing the outcome of the information will always prove to be beneficial to soul growh.
